Am i eligible to convert to final new course? passed grp old

I have passed CA Final Group 1 and Group 2 is pending.

Registered in Old CA Final Course.

I want to appear for Group 2 in May 2018 and I want to convert from Old Course to New Course.

1) Am I eligible?

2) What is the procedure?

Your help will be much appreciated.

yes u r eligible
u have to apply latest by 1st February to appear in may 2018
u have to submit a conversion form available on icia website along wud de requisite fee
contact on ICAI helpline for more info

but we have a chance to appear in old syllabus till next 4 attempts in old. then not necessarily to be changed. if i am wrong pls correct me.any thing mandate pls let me know.

not 4 we have 6 attempts remainng in old scheme

Thanks Pallavi.

I followed you advice, registered myself on https://sdb.icai.org/stud/defaul.aspx and went on to conversion option. But when I registered on it, it is now showing me an option to APPLY for conversion.

Also, my student card is not showing any details regarding my completion of Articleship, registration of Final Course as well as passing of Group 1.

Can you guide me?
