Am i eligible for november 2013 attempt

Sir,

I have given IPCC attempt in November 2012 and have failed in both groups. I want to apply for Direct Entry Scheme and want my next attempt in November 2013. Is it possible to get it if i register now for Direct Entry?? I have finished with my ITT and Orientation and have cleared CPT.
