Hello Charted Accountants,

I just passed my Intermediat with 90% (CEC Group), my bad, I met with an accedent when I'm studying 10th class, so took bedrest and didn't attended the school, so failed in maths subject in 10th, I cleared it in next attemp (Compartmentally).

So I'm compartmental pass in 10th, And I attended inter regularly 2 years and got 90% this year. I'm interested in studying CA / CWA.

Now my question is, Am I eligible for CA / CWA and if yes, after clearing them am I eligible for jobs with that qualification?

And I heard there are no good oppurtunities for CA freshers now days, so which is good? CA or CWA or MBA ?

Hi Krishna you are eligible for CA/CWA/CS courses in there foundation level, after passing the foundation level you have to pass stage-2 known as intermediate in CA/CS/CWA then you will have to pass final course in the above mentioned course.. and if you want to do MBA than you need to start your graduation and then after u will be eligible for MBA course.

and for your kind information CA is the best professional course as compare to MBA. so dont worry about your fruitless worry that there is no good opportunity for fresh CA's..Provided you have good Practical exposure in Accounts and finance and taxation and auditing feild.. and In CA course you have complete your internship of 3 years under practising CA which is compulsory by CA institue where u will learn lots of  practicle thing about CA profession.. so dont worry and join the foundation / CPC course of CA course without any worry...

Thank you for your reply sir, I asked about career after CA because of seeing some threads in CAcubindia  like " I cleared CA final 1 year back, Still searching for job, "I cleared 2 years back, there is too much competetion now" etc.

Nothing Can stop from becoming a successful CA/ICWA/CS provided You could clear the exams in your first attempts  and You have good practical Knowledge.

My simple suggestion is JUST DO WHAT YOU LOVE (provided it is the right thing to do) .

They are certianly several Job opportunities provided you are the right candidate.

ALL THE BEST.

Asking about Value of CA Degree here is of no use because people here in CAclubindia are obviously not going to accept the declining Value of CA Degree themselves. I know many Tax Practitioners Who employ CAs for Just 25000 . Can you imagine Working Hard 5 years of life like donkeys under the name of internship for what ? 25000 ? But there is a great benefit of CA Degree if and only if you do personal practise . You can print money with this degree and your capability if you manage to Attract a large clientele. ICAI is like mother to CAs of India which is again a great benefit of the CA degree .
