Am i eligible for gratuaty?

For being eligible  for gratuity you must complete 5 years of continuous service.  You are falling short by 20 days and hence you are not eligible.

However, if you are in Tamil Nadu, you are eligible since Madras High Court in its judgement (copy attached) has taken a different interpretation in this regard.  This decision is not binding in other States.
