Do din phele mein interview ke liye gaya tha , mein CA qualified hun, at the interview venue at that time ek CA qualified ladki b thi for interview.
Looking at me she asked me whether am a CA....so i said ..that am a qualified ca in may 12. in return i too asked about her...and i got the same answer...After few minutes later..
The manager interviewed me first...and when he asked me about my expected salary i said i would accept anywhere between 3.5 - 4.00 lacs .P.A but at last i told him that i need atleast 30000/- p.m as my take home salary. so he askedd me wait outside for sometime so that he can interview other candidates.
Next that girl was interviewd and she came out quickly in next 3 minutes.....
She was about to exit the venue....so i asked her whether she got selected or not ??
In return shetold me on my face that i shouldnot have asked for 3.5-4.00 lacs salary......and went on saying that i have deteriorated the quality of a CA by asking such a low amount and on and on ......and finaly she said smilingly hv a nice day..bye..and all that....
I really dont know hw she came to know about my salary quotation....
I really felt very bad the way she behaved with me....
whether am really deteriorated the image of a newly qualified CA..by quoting such salary range.??
