Alternate for Xth Standard

Friends,

        I meet a boy in my client office, he wont look like his age. He seems so small for Xth std. But he had tried Xth std thrice and failed in all his three attempts. He works as a helper in logistics and mechanical department. I was worried that whether he has to be a helper all his life. Does he has any other way to have a better future other than Xth std. I want to help that boy by showing right path to his better future. Somebnody please tell me some other oppurtunity.
