Alternate director appointment

By Virtue of of Section 313(2), the Office of Alternate Director ceases upon returning of the Original Director to the state where the Board meeting of the company are ordinarily held.

When original director would come, alternate direction has to vacate the office at the same time. And hence only original direction need to attend the board meeting.
