My Pvt. Ltd. Co. has already increased the Auth. Capital. This is reflected in the ROC's online Company Master Data. Can we now reprint the MAA with the increased Capital. Should we file the reprinted MAA with ROC to update their records since MAA is a public document? Please help.

No need because while filling the e-form No. 5 you must required to attached the Special Resolution for alteration of Authorised capital and altered MOA and AOA.
There is no need to file altered MOA as you have already attached altered MOA in Form-5.
No need to file Altered MOA as it must have been filed with Form 5.
No need to file the revised MOA.
The updation is there on the website only by virtue of Form 5 which has been filed by you with relevant attachments and revised certified copy of new MOA.
Thus no need to file the MOA
