Alteration of moa- authorized capital

A was company incorporated in year 2005 under 1956 Act. Now the company wants to increase the authorized capital from 5 lakhs to 25 lakhs. My query is regarding drafting of altered MOA as attachment to SH-7: -A lot of changes have occurred in the format of MOA & subscriber sheet of the MOA under the 2013 Act. So while preparing the altered MOA, should we draft the MOA & sub sheet (with photo) as per the new 2013 Act or the Original MOA of old company will be taken and just the clause V will be replaced? Secondly whether any new subscribers can sign the altered MOA ? if the share holding of the original subscribers was say 10000 , but as on the date of alteration the original subscribers holds only 2000 shares then what should we do ?

There is no need to change MOA in Companies Act 2013 format. You have change authorized capital clause i.e. After Considering increased No. of Shares and value per Rs. There is not required to change in subscriber page even subscriber shareholding change in current date.
