i should alter MoA and AoA
As the new companies bill passed, should i alter AoA (which was drafted in accordance with companies act,1956) to bring in line with new companies act, 2013.
Dear Nagaraj,
I feel you should alter the Articles as well because the enforced provisions have been implemented since 12.09.2013 and there is no denying the fact that there is any escape from doing this.

There has to be change of conceptual part,,,not the historical.
