We have issued Redeemable Preference Shares before 1year with rights fixed for the term of 7 years.
May I know whether, the terms fixed can be extended as per new act, if so kindly let me know the procedures for the same.
It is a listed co but having unlisted preference shares.

You can go for variation of rights of shareholders u/s 106 of CA 1956. Corresponding Sec.48 of CA 2013 has not been notified yet.
