Hello,
A co is registered with the main object for trading business of imported furniture as well as indian costomised furniture. Now the co wants to add bar & restaurant business in it's main object. Please advice wether it will be permissable or not and if yes what steps should be taken by the co.
It is alteration of the main object clause. Pass a special resolution and then file Form 23 within 30 days from the date of passing resolution.
