Our Company which carries out its main activity as Investment company, is coming under the purview of NBFC . The main object of our Company is to conduct investment activity .
If we get ourself registered as NBFC ,do we need to alter our Moa .

No amendment as such is required in MoA for getting registration with RBI.
MoA is the document which lays down objects of the company. Since your activity of investment is covered by the main object of MoA, no further amendment is required for registration with RBI.

Sir,
One of Our company whose main object in Moa is Technology services and objects incidental or ancilliary to main object is investment .
That Company is getting itself registered with Rbi nas NBFC. I would like to know whether we need to alter the Moa before going for the registration.
