Salary is to be taxed on accrual or receipt basis whichever is earlier. So evn if it is accrued and received next year, it is taxable in year of accrual.
I have paid tax in the accrued year. But DDO is deducting tax again in receiving year. Under which section the same can be exempted

No need to bother, you can claim refund for the deducted amount by filing return.

income once taxed cannot be taxed again...

Yes, it can be claimed.

Individuals contributing to NPS would enjoy tax benefits on their contributions as under:

  1. Tax deduction up to 10% of Salary (Basic + DA) under Section 80 CCD(1) within the overall ceiling of 1.5 Lakh under Sec 80 CCE
  2. NPS also reduces your tax liability by an additional deduction of 50,000/- under section 80CCD (1B) p.a. (applicable from FY 2015-16 and onwards)

इस 65000 को 80CCD 1 में count करें या 80CCD 1B में
