If so please furnish the limit upto which it is exempted!
Is this Telephone Allowance incudes Mobile Bill Reimbursement?

Conveyance allowance is exempt to the extent actually spent for office purpose. Transport allowance is exempt to the extent 800 Rs (answer given by learner).
Telephone allowance is fully taxable.
Reimbursment of telephone expenses is exempt perquisite.
