  2. List of Business not allowed to CA with COP and CA without COP

Quick Summary
This discussion clarifies the types of businesses Chartered Accountants (CAs) can undertake, distinguishing between those with and without a Certificate of Practice (COP). Generally, a COP restricts CAs to professional practice like auditing and taxation, while other businesses require partnerships with different professionals. CAs without a COP have broader business allowances, excluding activities reserved for practicing CAs.

With COP only CA Profession is allowed and other businesses are not allowed unless there is partnership with other professionals

Thank you Sir,

And CA without COP can do all business except the one allowed to practicing CA like Auditing/Taxation?

Yes . Can be done
