a/c to me it shud appear on the asset side of B/S as Share Application Money

inv.

CA,  loans and advances

Misc. exp.

so i wanted to  know  under  which above mentioned head as i should op, a/c "share appliaction money".whether ca, loans and advances or investments.

cant be investment as shares are not allotted but i think it has to be loans and advances.confirm this and let me know
