ONLY SBI GROUP AND CANARA BANK WAS DESPATCHED CONFIRMATIN LETTER TO AUDITORS AND OTHER BANK WILL BE SENT 2ND WEEK.
has any one received the leeter of bank branch appointment?
canara bank had issued letters asking for accepatance as their branch auditors in the second week of february.after that nothing has come. has anybody received such letter.

On 29th Feb there was one message in CA website mentioning that "RBI has sent names of the firms to the respective banks". But this announcement was taken away in the afternoon from the site. So Canara bank could not have issued during 2nd week of Feb and how do you know?

it is not wrong information. we have really received such letter from canara bank. from the letter it appears that canara bank has used autonomy in appointment of auditors. procedure for such type of apointments is available On RBI website.
