Allotment of Bank branch Statutory audit

it is not known to me which bank has been alloted to my firm for statutory audit.where should i contact..? pl.let me know shweta

I saw the list posted by one CANEWS @ yahoogroups.com on Mar 10. Our firm, though eligible, not find a place in the list. Not only that, lots of firms/Individuals missed in that. When we count the total no of firms it comes around 9220 and last year nearly 15000 firma were allotted audits. So we asked whether it was first list. And lots of INELIGIBLE firms got audit (92 No.) (Eg.MEF8461, 8500) and 5 Firms with Part3 status!!. Not only that only for 50% to 70% of firms each bank have been allotted when we compare with last year. Eg. Indian bank allotted audit for 505 firms in 2006-07(Source RBI site) but as per this list IB allotted for 255 firms only. Today after noon the person (CA RAJU SHAH RCM-AHMEDABAD) who hosted has accepted that this was not the full list.

you are right totally wrong & baseless list. some banks like canara bank are yet to finalise the list

whether List of bank branch auditors has been published.

why a totally wrong & misleading allocation list of bank statutory audit is put on this site.?

Yesterday I have received allotment letter

Somebody played with the CAs. And one group, like the TV news channels, without confirming displayed the list. Actually, there is more than one firm in a same name as per the ICAI list of firms. This person used one address to all the firms of same name. I know their intention is not playing with the CAs. CAs should consider only ICAI website & RBI website to get official & authenticated information. But groups/sites like that will help when we miss some important news
