| The Chartered Accountancy Examination are held twice a year. The Professional Education- II (PE-II) exam in May, 2008 was held in 176 Examination Centers spread over 105 cities all over India and 3 cities abroad. Today the result of Chartered Accountancy Professional Education- II (PE-II) has been declared. For details pertaining to result of the PE-II exam, please refer to summary at Annexure 2. An analysis of the result- city wise/City gender wise/state gender wise is also attached for your reference. |
| The percentage of Female Students passing out has increased. Out of total of 17291 students that appeared for Both Groups, the number of Female Students is 5153, i.e., 29.8%. The pass percentage of Female Students is also better than male students i.e., 8.48% as against 7.76% of Male Students. List of top five students of PE-II Exam with their photographs is attached at Annexure 3. A list of five female toppers of PE-II Exam is also attached. |

WHAT ABOUT PCC? WHY NO ONE IS TALKING ABOUT PCC?? HAS ANYONE PASSED THE EXAM AT ALL???? IN CHENNAI OFFICES, SOME ENTIRE BATCHES HAVE MASS FAILED!!!!. CAN ANYONE PLEASE GIVE ME PASS % OF PCC???

Hi Parmesh, i have cleared PCC both groups this time.I m from Baroda.In Baroda almost 550-570 students were appeared and only 27 have cleared the exams.
i m a pcc stdnt n i got 49th rank
d pass % is 7.97 % only.
only 7.97% ?
Anyway congress to those who are one of 7.97%
7.97% is for Pe - II both groups. there is no disclosure for PCC as of now.

When the CA Instutite has released the analysis of the results of PE II examinations held in May 08 with photos of five top rank holders, Why the institute has not published similar analysis with phots of top rank holders in the Professional Competence Examination held in May 2008?.
I congratulate all students who have successfully cleared both PE II and PCE and also CA Final.
