All India Protest : CA was slapped by Officer of Service Tax Dept
We should also consider the vulgar behavior of ICAI staff to those who speak to them. Even they should be well behaved.
I'm sure each time I visit ICAI in Kolkata, I am bound to experience immense anger and frustration because of the staff.
ICAI staff is no less. They don't physically attack, but yes they are extremely rude. This is no less than being slapped .
Necessary steps should be taken against this unethical Superintendent and he should be fired immediately
Jalil should be suspended indefinitely and inquiry should be done
This should be complained to police.......n its wrong for humanity also...Mr superintendent should be in his limits with any one in his office....don't leave. Him til he got punished

The patrticular officer is adamant.As suggest ed a police complaint to be lodged and matter to be bring to notice top officials of to Departmrnt and should be sseverely punished. I deeply regret of the incident

No protests required...let police take action. If the police don't then there will should be action and not just protest.
Action should be as per the requirement..even doctors protest when they suffer violence but these things do not stop. The action should be concrete and final.

Hello...frnds, C.a ko wahin pe behti ganga me hath dhona chahiye...ok....maar khane se us supritendent ko pata chal jata C.A ki kya aukat hoti hai....ye bahar protest karne se kuch nai hota...govt. officers hai inhe pata hota hai isse kaise bachna hai....Ye police bhi kya kar lenge...complain register kar lenge...action kuch hona nai hai....Thappad ke badle Thappad...ok...
Very Shamful n needs an immediate action against the rude officer
This kind of incident should never happen again in govt.departments not only against a CA but to anyone. That stupid officer shoul be punished severely in the following two ways (i) File a complaint with police (ii) disciplinary action should be initiated by the concerned higher officials.
Local CA's should not attend service tax work till suspension of the said officer. The public officers should know that govt offices are public place and and the are public servents.
