All India Protest : CA was slapped by Officer of Service Tax Dept

Dear Professional Colleagues,

On 15th October, 2015 at 12:10 pm, CA Kailas Nipunge visited Akurdi office for reset of password of service tax with his client & accountant. On inquiry with superintendant Range 1, Jalil Shaikh said, "Aisa jhund me kyu aaya hai? Yeh public place hai kya?". While standing in lobby, He(CA) was , subsequently,called and caught his neck and slapped him & told to get out of office in a very rude language. We protest such incident & request to take necessary action against him.

Actually Superintendent ka selection jhund mein hua hai , Yeh log ethics nahi padhe hai, Isiliye knowledge ki kami hai phir bhi Superintendent hai. Aay din high court se phattkar milti hai isiliye Yeh frustrate ho gaye hai. Kalyug hai isiliye aajkal beta baap pe HAATH chala dete hai.

Why not filed police complaint? He has two good witnesses. There has to CCTV. If not that too is a matter of complaint. The local chartered accountants should not attend service tax work till suspension or transfer of the said officer.
