hi,

in the receipt for the TDS return filed it is given AO Code while in Form 16A they are askin for CIT (TDS). AO Code i checked... it had the address of the office where our returns are filed. CIT (TDS) as per your list is different. so i put the CIT (TDS) as per your list na??? its for baroda (gujarat)  the AO code is GUJWT3201.

please help me out.

Yes in TDS Certificate you need to put CIT (TDS) address. As mentioned in this post.

Further to my question, if the Company has moved its corporate office  from Gujarat to Goa in the month of Dec 2010 but the registered office is still in Gujarat, then which CIT (TDS) will be applicable??? Gujarat or Goa??? Address in the TDS dept  is still gujarat only.
