kindly provide me rates of booking tickets, hotels by an agent whether to take ITC or not

You can work as commission agent and charge 18% on your Handling Charge only or you can choose 5% GST on total but in that case you can't avail any ITC.
ITC on hotel stay , travels for the business or furtherance of business = allowed
However , ITC of Foods or Beverages are not allowed .
