one of my client's AIS data is showing wrong perquisite value of 6,05,808.
I have given feedback for revision of Perquisite value to 0.
defective notice came under 139(9).
should is given reply to disagree option with wrong perquisite value?..employer has intimated by salary holder.still no any update is showing

Quick Summary
If employer has rectified its TDS return with correct perquisites get form 16 with correct value.
Submit the new form 16 with the reply.
Form 16 given by employer or downloaded from 16?
New rectified form 16 from Employer, downloaded by him after rectification.

Submitted the response of notice. now revised return should be filed?? or response is only required?
At present only response to the defective notice is required. No need to file revised return, unless thre be any change in ITR already filed.
