AIS Capital gains not matching with the Broker tax gain report

While trying to file my ITR, I see that the details of capital gains in AIS are having many mismatches with the report provided by the broker. Some of them are as below:

1. IPO allotted shares cost price is mentioned as 0 in AIS, and whole selling amount is marked as STG. Even the Credit type is OffMarket in AIS for these.

2. There are some sell transactions of March 2022, which are considered in AIS for 2023. This is not at all present in my broker report.

So now shall i file the ITR with the capital gain statements form the broker, because AIS is not correct.

Will it be any issue later?

Quick Summary
Many users are experiencing significant mismatches between their AIS capital gains data and their broker's tax reports, particularly concerning IPO shares and incorrect transaction periods. The consensus is to file your Income Tax Return (ITR) using your broker's accurate statement, as AIS data is often unreliable for capital gains. While providing feedback on each AIS mismatch isn't feasible, filing with the broker's data is generally accepted and avoids future complications.

If u file the ITR with the capital gain statement form broker,no issue in later period.
AIS does not provide accurate information about capital gain
If Nishant, if you need any help or want to discuss it in detail, then please check out your inbox once.
Also give feedback in AIS.
file according to brokers correct statement

AIS has many mismatches from my broker report, and giving feedback of each and every item is not possible.

Is there any way we can find consolidated capital gains statement across brokers or registry for a PAN?
