Hi...can someone please help me to clarify if PCC pass out (completed GMCS) needs to undergo AICITSS training to be eligible to appear for CA Final new course ?

If you have completed in GMCS then it is not required to under go AICITSS
You may get an option of "completed GMCS under old courses " while filing exam application.
