Agreement query
We are taking property on lease.
This is furnished property and the finishing done by the previous owner.
We are to outright the furniture & fixture, in this case, the previous tenant raising invoice which attracts the 15 % vat., is this any other method to perform this transaction.
Looking forward your suggestion. Note that there will basic agreement, for the base shell.
