Can any one advise me whether Corporates have an Option or is it Compulsory for all Companies to provide its Shareholders facility to attend General Meetings thru Video Conferencing.
If its mandatory for corporates, what sort of provisions are to be incorporated in the notice of AGM. Pl guide me.
According to me It is not mandatory but it is a option to help member to attained meeting from their place also.
Acoording to me it is Mandatory for Listed Companies . The Circular dated 20th May 2011 has used the Word "Shall" at all places.
