Our balance sheet was signed on 31st September, 2018 by our auditor. Our AGM was also held on 30th September. Is it ok or we will be defaulter in conducting AGM. Pl. clarify.

31st September is not even a date in calendar

Sorry 30th September, 2018. It was erroneously typed as 31st September.

you can show that you have conducted your meeting on shorter notice and have taken consent from all the members and shareholders

Suppose we have served notice of AGM 1 month ago with provisional balance sheet. and in the notice it was mentioned that in the AGM to be held on 30th September, the audited balace sheet will be submitted. Will it be ok?

Then you have to submit the provisional one

Suppose I submit provisional on 20th November and audited on 30th November, what will be the consequences aprt from late filing fees.

You can't sent Unaudited Balance Sheet as per Section 129 &134 of Companies Act 2013
