I am stuck somewhere in issue
AGM not conducting on Due Date
Because Balance Sheet were not signed on Time Due to Auditor resigned and Casual Appointment of Auditor
Balance sheet signed on 30th Oct
And not apply for extension of AGM before AGM
So What is The Way Forward

NCLT COMPOUNDING. NCLT is not very harsh in these type of cases
