AGM due date for Ft 2019-30
what is the last date to hold AGM for fy 2019-20 ?in MCA order they given like 3 months extension from 30-09-2020...is it calender month ? or we have to compute 90 days( 3*30) from 30-09-2020 ?

It's three months not 90 days and 3 months counted from due date which is most probably 30.09.2020
