commission agent is professional or not tell me and can i file 44ad income tax return of agent and code is 0301 is correct or not plzzz tell me

Commission agent cannot adopt presumptive assessment u/s. 44AD or 44ADA.

Different codes of commission agents are. ........ '09005' '13015/16/18' '16011' etc....
