How can we insert new item in the agenda of general meeting of the Company that had been already sent to members.??

In Agenda of the Meeting which is already sent to member, there should be mentioned that any other item with the permission of the Chair. In such item all other matters which are not mentioned while circulating Agenda shall be mentioned
