can i do ca from ipcc or i have to start it from cpt.

WAITHING FOR AMENDMENT TO BE PASSED IN PARLEMENT THEN U CAN JOIN IPCC
As of now, you have to write CPT. The exemption notification for graduates is still pending with the government.
