Can anyone tell me, when preparing the affidavit for DIN purpose, on what amount of stamp paper should I get it done. And what all are the precautions should be taken for this. And also should I send the original Copy of Affidavit or is it okay if I send a photocopy of the same to MCA.
The affidavit can be on stamp paper of Rs. 20/- or if the state stamp act requires a higher value, then that value.
Send the original notarised affidavit to MCA. You may keep the photocopy for your records.
