1st option is always better because in first option you have quantitative as well qualitative work.. and in 1st option indirectly include your 2nd option i.e. statutory Audits.. !

If you choose 1st option, it can assure you for growth in financial world and also in audit world. You have both these choices. Where as second option is also good, since it allows you to grow in audit world as well as in corporate world (like internal auditor ). From learning point of you, I give preference for 1st option since it gives practical exposure for both internal and concurrent audits to a great extent. But 2nd option gives exposure only to stat audit.
