It seems that big boss think that fittest (in term of size should only survive.

This would enable the profession of CA/ICWA to be more empowered to be on competitive markets. Interestingly, the enabling provision is made for the three corporate-linked-professions, at a time when competition law is going to be made active. So, the councils of ICAI and ICWAI should delebrate the impact of advertisement on competition and the interface of disciplinary provision under our Acts, with the powers under competition law. The whole gamut of profesional ethics comes in this connection, and the issues linked must be well debated by the council, and truly appreciated by the professional member who seeks the mode of advertisement.
