If a practicing CA circulates pamplets through local newspaper and the pamplets contains information as mentioned in the advertisement guidlines issued by icai.
Whether such advertisement is correct and within the ambit of code of ethics.
The above is with reference to the definition of 'Write up' as given in the guidelines by institute.

It should give the impression of soliciting professional work or advertising professional attainments and shud be the subject to teh overall guidelines as laid down by the Council.
