For 6A can CA mention residentail adress?? i think so he is not as it is professional document, so not allowed on QR...kindly let me know
I think no problem with residential address and QR code as well, So not guilty under Clause 7
what about the caro question of SBI?

is qualifications required? as he has deposited the deed and not transferred the deed
what abt question 3 b is mr ram liable for false declaration ?
Sorry I didn't attempt question. 3 but I guess he is liable .
The auditor has to report about such title deeds.. I am not sure about disqualifications
he is just acting as a representative and the false declaration was not known to him
As far as the details given are only "Reasonable Personal Details", there isn't any misconduct.
