Quick Summary
Advance tax generally becomes payable when your estimated tax liability, after deducting TDS, exceeds £10,000. If this threshold is met, you'll need to pay your advance tax in four instalments throughout the financial year, according to prescribed percentages. This ensures timely payment of your tax obligations.
Estimated tax liability as reduced by TDS amount, if in excess of 10000 then you have to pay advance tax in 4 instalments during FY as per prescribed percentage
