Can I treat my TDS deposit by Party as an Advanced Tax payment

TDS is not exactly advance tax, but it reduces your total tax liability, while calculating advance tax payable.
i.e if your tax liability after subtracting TDS amount, exceed Rs. 10,000/- you are liable for adv. tax. payments/installments.....
