Dear Sir,
I am an EOU and have been granted permission for advance DTA sale for Rs 200 based on my first year export sales projection of Rs 400. After completion of 2 years (which is the valid period for the approved DTA sale) i have not achieved the initial export target of Rs 400 and i have done DTA of Rs 100 while Rs 200 was approved.
I have excellent export orders on hand (PO's are available) during the third year and i am sure that i will surpass the initial projection of Rs 400 for the first year.
My question's are -
a. How do i continue to do DTA Sales when the permission ceases after the second year. Will the Development Commissioner permit me to continue doing DTA Sales if i approach him for extention ?
c. What is the recourse for me, if i wish to do DTA inspite of DC not permitting me to utlise the sanctioned Rs 200 in third year ?
