Kindly clarify whether for adoption of Other objects as Main object in Memorandum of Ass., doesit require Ordinary Resolution of members or SR.
is there any circular/clarification from MCA in this regard.

It requires Special Resolution. Refer sec 13
if the Company is a Private Limited Company, so still SR will be required?
yes then also it will require as no exemption is given to pvt co
