Adoption of new moa and aoa as per companies act 2013
Dear Experts,
We had not yet adopted new MOA and AOA as per Companies Act 2013. Please guide about the procedure for the same.

There is no compulsion in Companies Act, 2013 to adopt a new set of MOA & AOA, In future if you are doing any events or activity which requires alternation in MOA/AOA then it is suggestable to adopt a new set of MOA & AOA as per Companies Act, 2013.

it is not mandaoty to adopt new MOA & AOA but whenever company will alter the any provision of MOA & AOA then there will be required alteration in AOA & MOA.
Can please guide on how to adopt MOA and AOA as companies act 2013.
