I M A CA FINAL STUDENT AND SERVICING LAST 12 MONTHS OF ARTICLESHIP.I M GIVING 1ST GROUP ATTEMPT IN MAY 2011.YESTERDAY I SAW MY ADMIT CARD ONLINE .EVERYTHING INCLUDING ROLL NO. IS GIVEN BUT THE PARA WRITTEN HAS GIVEN ME TENSION-

Provisionally admitted to THE CHARTERED ACCOUNTANTS FINAL EXAMINATION, May-2011 SUBJECT TO BEING IN SERVICE AND SERVING THE LAST 12 MONTHS AS ON 1st May, 2011 AND COMPLETION OF ARTICLES ON OR BEFORE 30th April 2012 including excess leave taken if any. CONTACT THE CONCERNED DECENTRALIZED OFFICE IMMEDIATELY IF YOU CONSIDER YOURSELF ELIGIBLE.

PLZ TELL ME WHAT TO DO?IS ANY OTHER STUDENT IS GETTING THIS PARA.IF YES WHAT THEY R DOING.....PLZ REPLY ITS URGENT..........

Sub: Help Line Desk for C.A. Examinations, MAY, 2011.

“Help Line Desk” to attend to the queries of the students appearing in MAY, 2011 examinations has become functional w.e.f. 13th April, 2011 and will continue till 10th MAY, 2011. The telephone/ fax numbers are:

1. Telephone Numbers - 0120-3054851/3054852/3054853/3054835 (from Delhi dial 0120 instead of 95120)

2. FAX No.- 0120-3054841

Students can download the copy of Admit Card from www.icai.nic.in.

Apart from the above, separate e-mail I.D’ s have been provided to cater to the needs of the students on the above stated queries. The student can contact at:

pce_examhelpline @ icai.in for PCE

ipce_examhelpline @ icai.in for IPCE/ ATE

final_examhelpline @ icai.in for FINAL

A copy of the announcement released through web-site in this regard is enclosed herewith for your ready reference.

Students may be encouraged to visit www.icai.nic.in for downloading their admit cards, which is as good as admit card in original / physical form received from the institute, no attestation or pasting of any photograph is required on the admit card downloaded from the website. The setting up of Help Line Desk and e-mail Ids may kindly be publicised widely amongst the students possibly by publishing in the newsletter, notice board, class room announcement etc.

Don't worry, print your Admit Card and give exam. Meanwhile you may receive a letter from ICAI on which you will have to get signature of your Principal and submit to ICAI. As of now, not to worry!

CA GAURAV................R U SURE BECAUSE I M VERY CONFUSED AND IT IS INTERRUPTING MY STUDIES.WILL I MY ADMIT CARD BY POST?

(1) Take a print-out of the Admit Card and carry a Photo id like PAN card during exams. You will be able to give exams. (2) You will also receive Admit Card by post. In case there is delay, follow (1). (3) You will receive a letter from ICAI and everyone receives it which needs to be signed by your Principal and sent back to ICAI. Do this immediately after exams. (4) Trust me, there isn't any problem. Concentrate on your studies. BEST OF LUCK!

hey vishal........i will definitely tell u when i will recieve admit card and that letter.plz u also not forget to tell me as soon as u get any letter or some information from icai...........well best of luck for exams.........have a great success.........

Grievance	While downloading admit card its showing that i have been provisionally admitted to the FINAL exam may,2011 subject to completion of 3 1/2 years of articleship training before 31st October,2011. Currently i am serving the last 6 months of my training and the due date of completion of training is 26th may, 2011. So do i need to submit or send any document to the exam department for the above issue? Please kindly clarify.

that means after giving exams ,contact icai and submit whatever documents they want???????

have u recieved admit card or other letter physically??plz tell me whenever u get and what procedure they want to complete.........thanx for sharing........byeeeee

m confused yaar....when i contacted e-sahaayta through mail i got the above reply but when i called the admit card helpline desk they said that i will receive a letter n just comply with d requirements before 31st may....d people in icai who r making us provionally admitted dont themselves know exactly what dis means? different people different answers.....no upjeet i have not received letter or admit card yet...will surely tell u once i get...u also dnt forget 2 inform me.
