I had applied for May 2020 exam nd again apply for November 2020 exam but admit card is not reflecting...Now what should I do?

you should contact on the support numbers given on icaiexam site.

I have contacted since the morning but they didn't respond and I also mailed to helpline mail but no reply has been received for the same..Now what?

Ok, then you shall also put a support request in ICAI E Sahayata, they always responds, little late but for sure.

Do you see "opt out option (coming soon)" link there?

And one more thing, can you share the screen shot of icaiexam icai page after we log in, I can conclude more precisely if I can see the page.

Thnqq for so much concern ..last night I got my admit card as one of my friend told me to go to the icai examination portal through mobile phone .
