Now I want to know the roll no. to fill in the Nov 2016 exam application form.

It is not mandatory to fill those details for last year exam. It is mandatory only in case of passing a group or for claming exemption. I have never filled those details, except for this time as I had cleared the firt group. be assured, there won't be any problem.
