I have paid TDS u/s 194 c - Rs. 500 instead of Rs. 450/- So, later can i adjusted the same against a payment of 800/- u/s 194c and thus pay only 750/-....?

yes you can but if it is in same year, but it becomes difficult...
you cannot adjust for the next year, within year u can adjust
