I need a clarification from you. Can a Board meeting be adjourned?
AOA of the Company says that the Board may adjourn the meeting to dispose off the business.
If a company can adjourn the meeting, shall I write reasons for adjournment in the minutes. In that case what is the valid reason.
Pl clarify the above.
